The trail starts at bus station in Kartuzy, leads through Mezowo village, train station Babi Dół, Radunia canyon (pl. Jar Raduni), up to Żukowo town. Further part of the trail goes through Otomino Górne, Przyjaźń, Niestępowo, Sulmin, up to the banks of Otomińskie lake where it ends within the limits of county.
The trail is characterized by a descent in height in eastern direction. It ends at 180 meters above sea level (590,55 ft). Along the trail there are 6 road signs and one tourist map.
